    The man who I dealt with at this location was a nasty individual. He was argumentative and generally lazy. When I threatened to contact U-Haul's customer service, he threatened me back by saying he'd call them first and make sure they don't give me a truck.

    I had a nasty surprise when I dropped the truck off (at another location), too - the gauge on my fuel tank was not read properly and I had to buy $25 worth of gas after only 15 minutes of driving or I'd be charged more!

    Needless to say U-Haul customer service did hear from me, as did my "friend" at the Truman station. They really need to take away his license for doing this.
