User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhile the front desk staff may not be the most attentive, both the stylist, Tyler, and his assistant were great. I had no idea what I wanted--after giving a few parameters, I got several options both for color and cut. I had an amazing amount of hair, and he did a thorough job of the tedious job of foiling it, gave me a second round of toner because the first didn't pop enough, and stayed half an hour after close (and the end of my appointment) to finish the job well. He didn't even charge me for the extra product and time. I got what I wanted: something a little funky but that I can still go to a meeting with. Great service, and I've already gotten a ton of compliments on both the cut and color.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat experience!: They were very precise about the timing, assistant stylist and stylist were realy friendly. I told them what I was looking for and Tyler, my stylist, did an amazing job on my hair! I was so nervous about getting having this cut and I haven't had a short style in ages but it looks so good. Everyone I know has been complimenting the cut. I definitely recommend this place and I'll be going back in future
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFantastic: I love this place! Sure, it might cost a little more, but they do it right and get you in and out of the door pronto. Now I just go to my guy and say hi, and he does his thing. He knows my hair, and it's consistent every time. Too bad he's leaving...
I'd be careful of the laser hair removal though - there's one woman who doesn't seem to know what she's doing...
