This used to be a good restaurant but seems like now they have a name they do not give a damn about customer service anymore. Id take my money elsewhere. There was a time they had fast delivery...now the fastest delivery u can get is 45 min and once i had to wait 1hour 35 minutes! No apology no discount...nothing. Pizza is cold when delivered last 2 times. Plus they have a delivery fee...which i dont mind paying if I can get my order in a decent amount of time. AVOID!
RUDE RUDE RUDE! OWNER SEEMS TO THINK HE WALKS ON WATER! NOT NICE! FOOD ALL TASTES THE SAME IF YOU ASK ME! $$$$ for HUMMOUS???
CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF????
This was our office's first time ordering from Pizza House to change up our Friday. Two of us ordered a buffalo chicken salad. Including tax and tip, we paid around $10 each. The salad was the size of the palm of your hand. I couldn't believe we paid that much for so little. Granted, it tasted great, but you only got two bites! HAHA. We were both just staring at it saying, "are you serious?!" Another coworker ordered a deep dish pizza and some feta bread. The feta bread was absolutely TO DIE FOR! It was delicious. It was also $8. Her deep dish pizza was a kid size personal pizza. So SMALL. It was $10 also with tax and tip. One coworker got the club sandwich. She liked it. She is also the more positive of the bunch. We were so disappointed that we actually went up to the cafeteria later to see what else we could eat. How awful. Do you know how long it takes the average medical scheduler to make $10?? We really wanted it to be worth it.... and it definitely wasn't. Looks like Jimmy John's again next week... :(
I went there with two other families this past weekend. We all sat at a large table. For some reason, they couldn't divide our table into three separate bills. Only two. Anybody know why they do this? The only thing we could figure was that they're trying to discourage large groups from eating there. Food was okay but it took forever to arrive.
An Ann Arbor favorite with a great atmosphere. This pizza has been voted best in Ann Arbor and I don't think you will find a person who disagrees! All their food is great (pizza, chipatis, sandwiches, salads, etc.) and their desserts are good to match!
Best pizza in Ann Arbor! They have an extensive menu that features Chicago-style pizza, different cheese breads, pasta dishes, deli subs, Chiabata wraps, various appetizers, and even burgers and chicken sandwiches! Gourmet toppings include spinach, artichokes, portabella mushrooms...I could go on and on about how much I love the food! And when you ask for extra cheese, you get it. Despite other comments I've read, the staff have always been very polite. Oh yeah-they deliver until 4 a.m. daily as well.
Very RUDE!! staff, over priced! There food is OK but I will never order again from them! Very unfriendly drivers and very rude managers!!
messed up my order again! I ordered a 3 cheese nachos and they messed it up, again!!! Tipped the delivery guy 5 bucks too! They offered me a $1 discount on my next order! Will order from someone else next time....
Was charged over $2 for delivery and given rude service when I didn't give a great tip.
Really good food and nice ambiance. Nice big tables and a few cozy fireplaces to warm up by. Try their malts, they're delicious!

As a regular customer for the past two years, I can testify that this statement is crap! There was one time when the service was terrible, and, when we let the owner know about our complaint, he quickly gave my wife and I a free dessert, as well as calling our waitress aside to talk to her about why we were unhappy. He also made sure she came over and apologized to us for her lack of professionalism, and I haven't seen that waitress there since (this was back in January, 2008). The food (especially the pizza) is excellent, and they are offer fast service when we call in and want a pizza delivered to our home. The restaurant has a great, homey atmosphere, especially in the winter when the fireplace is burning. Televisions are always playing whenever there are sports on television. I personally do not know what this person personally has against this establishment, but, I can tell you that the opinion that I am giving a response to is not an objective one.
