No, I don't think I'll be going back to this restaurant. It is WAY too expensive for a mom and pop mexican restaurant! The service was just ok, the food was expensive, the drinks were over-priced, and it didn't even feel like authentic mexican! This isn't the place to go if you want to have dinner without breaking the bank.

NOT Impressed!: My husband and i love lil mom&pop mexican places but we were definately NOT impressed. The staff was friendly by we had 3 differant people wait on us which became confusing. It was very cold inside and we had to request chips and salsa, and the salsa came in lil plastic containers,not a dish. I loved the chimichanga but my husbands quesadilla was pathetic to say the least. They charge you alot extra if you want meat on it which i thought was odd, and when it came it was literally a 1/8 inch thick, if that! There was nothing on it! When i told the server she said it was the 2nd complaint about them that day and it was only noon! Our bill was almost $18 dollars for a burrito and 2 tortillas! I've seen better at taco bell.We wont go there again!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this place: I love this reaturant, the family that runs it seem to be super people. This is not your typical Mexican. I call it Michigan-Mexican, there are few if any truly spicy dishes on the menu, the are no chips and salsa on your table. If you want spice, order the number 4 or 5 salsa with your meal. Their Wet Burrito is excellent, you won't eat twice in the same day if you manage to finish the whole thing. The also do a great chili. Bon Appetit!

I totally agree! I ordered a Chimichanga that looked like it had little if no beef at all. The service was awful. This is the only mexican style restaurant I have been to locally where chips are not complimentary. charging for extra meat when there is little meat on there to start with is ridiculous. I won't go back ever again.
