The food is very fresh and has good taste. The price is pretty decent. The bruschetta is a recommended side (classically good).

Nothing special: It's hit or miss with this place. Basics are good but some specialty dishes are not all that special. One other thing ... nice Italian restruants don't serve pizza.

The fountain: For those of you who are a little Italian challenged like me, La Fontana means The Fountain. In Bloomsburg, the resteraunt is right next to the restored water fountain in the town square of Bloomsburg. I was just there with a party of 10 and we made reservations outside facing the fountain. It was a beautiful evening. With the water fountain all lit up, it was absolutely beautiful. For those of you in Bloomsburg, people have started to complain about the resturants seating people on the side walk. Well Bloomsburg ... this is big business and I would love to see some of the street parking go away for an extra wide sidewalk. There is nothing like eating out front. Anyway back to the resteraunt. The staff was great about setting up a table for the outdoor feast. The waitress did an outstanding job, and the food was excellent. Everything was taken care of. I do have to mention ... because we were such a large group we only had one waitress and she only had our table. Either way it was still a wonderful experience.
