Ultimate Car Service gets my vote! Always on time, simply the BEST car service I have had in any city! I consider these guys family! Thanks Ultimate Car Service.

Ultimate Car Service is definitely appropriately named. It is simply the best in Charlotte. Always on time. Always courteous. Always clean cars and terrific people.

Ultimate is the best! I arranged transportation to/from the airport for my mother. She is elderly and gets around by using a walker. I was having a hard time deciding on which service to use considering her physical limitation. I chose Ultimate based on these yahoo reviews. The driver was patient, friendly, prompt and professional. He even called me to say that he had picked up my mother and they were enroute to the airport! That put my mind at ease. The price was very reasonable and included the tip. I also like the link to get the flight status on the home page of their website. It is a nice touch. I have used other car services, but Ultimate is well... the ultimate! My mother (who is a tough critic) had nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. I would highly recommend Ultimate to anyone.

We had a last minute request for an office visitor to get to the airport. We've never used Ultimate Car Service, I called praying they could accommodate. I was able to get a car within the hour. Fabulous customer service; the cars are exceptionally clean, and the driver was very courteous. Our company will definitely use this service for our future transportation needs.

Phenomenal customer service! Extremely punctual and professional drivers. I had a last minute mandatory meeting and was only able to provide short notice, but this service took it in stride. The driver went above and beyond by assisting me in and out of the car (due to a current medical/physical limitation). A couple of other companies I called were not so willing or accommodating. I highly recommend this service!!! A+++

What a nice company! I have my daughter picked up from school some days and she has no problems what so ever. Very dependable, A+ service.

I wish more people had this level of integrity! I left my wallet in his car. It contained a large sum of money. Before I knew it was missing, he called me to tell me he had it and then arranged to meet me, at my convenience, to get it back to me. Very punctual and courteous. I highly reccommed him.
