Best restaurant in the area. Diverse menu that even has dishes for vegetarians and vegans, in addition to something for the entire family, including meat-eaters like me. The popovers and desserts are fantastic. The wait staff was A+++. Just a great place to eat when in the Amherst area. During our last five-day visit, we ate there 4 times. Kids, teens, college students, and grandparents all loved it. Has some of the best cold winter day comfort food I have ever encountered. Also has some of the best healthy dishes that are totally delicious. Loved that they had a little bar, too.

Judies is worth the trip for the desserts. They are homemade and decadent. Try the lobster ravioli.

The deserts are not homemade by any means. They are frozen and then defrosted in the microwave. Don't get me wrong they are good but they are in no way homemade.

Still the best place in Amherst. Always has interesting and delicious choices on the menu and the quality and presentation are superb. I have never had a bad meal here and gladly pay the price for an outstanding dining experience. This place would do well on Newbury St., Boston.
