User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPelham Auto Service in Belchertown is the worst! Once you drop off your car, don't expect a call back to let you know what's up. If they did return my calls, they would always leave ambiguous messages, never letting me know what the problem is. We'd constantly end up playing phone tag. Sometimes I cant even get through the busy signal to talk to them. They will let my car sit for days before getting back to me. They also didn't fix my car the first time, and the day after I brought it home I broke down and had to get it towed yet again! Thank you for wasting my time, money, and energy.
