    I can't even explain how helpful the people at Teddy Bear Pools are and have been over the last 3 years I've had my Spa.

    I moved to Chicopee about 4 years ago. I owned a pool and hot tub at my last home. I bought a home in Chicopee, MA that had a 20’X40’ in-ground swimming pool in need of a little work. I called the company the form owner was using to make some of the fixes needed. Didn’t have a good experience.

    One day my water was a little cloudy so I stopped at Teddy Bear Pools. I was amazed with the service I received. I was so impressed with the staff in the store, I had the Teddy Bear service department finish the work on my in-ground.

    Thank you to Stephen and Dave in the parts department for all the incredible advice and outstanding service.
