Worst place ive ever dealt with ! After waiting a week with no phone calls to keep me informed to get my car back. They put the wrong part on my vehicle and didnt tell me about it. I went to get my inspection sticker and was rejected thats how i found out. Then i found out they had the part and didnt bother to tell me or put it in. They put mine and my fiance's life in danger. DONT GO THERE !

As good as it gets: I'm told there are other excellent mechanics in Easthampton, but I'm not going to bother to find out. ESP Auto is the best mechanic I've ever had in every way.
