Five Corner Cuts

The hair cuts done in this salon are fantastic (as long as the owner is not there), I think Kieth is one of the best hair stylists I have ever encountered. I don't understand why he stays there and puts up with the insults and abuse of the owner when he could be a great addition to any top shelf salon.

I have to say the girls in this salon are great. Angie does my hair and nails and she is awsome. My problem is with Judy, the owner. This lady is insane. I've seen her yell at her employees, hit them and talk about them to other employees. I've also had her come up to me and talk about a client she just took care of. I have to say if it wasn't for Angie or any of the other girls who work there, that make the atmosphere pleasant, I would not go back. The owner needs to to take a step back and look at what she has with thte employees she has working there. I find the owner to be very unprofessional and over the edge. What employer walks around hitting her employees. I don't find it amusing at all. I sat there and watched her hit Jessie in the back of the head and act like it was Jessies fault. I was astonished. I don't want people to stop going there because there hair stylists to great work and are very pleasant to be around. But if you go in on a day the Judy is there just watch out. Judy comlpains to her customers about her employees in front of everyone in the salon- for everyone to hear. I find no reason for this what so ever. She is always talking about this Louis (or something along those lines) everyone doesn't need to know about her 18 year old boyfriend from Brazil or where ever he's from. I just find her work ethic dispicable, and I don't say this lightly. I know people who have gone in and have said they would never go back because of the way Judy acts. If Judy reads this I hope she takes a good long look at herself and change the way she acts with customers and with her employees because she is going to find herself alone and shut down because the girls in that salon aren't going to keep taking the abuse she dishes out.
On the good side I want to say Angie, Jess and Ruth have great attitudes and work awsome with their clients. They are very personable and are fun to be around. These are the girls I really know the best, but Tammy and Jen seem to be very nice as well.
Angie is the girl I go to and she does incredible work. She does my nails and my hair and I would never consider going to anyone else- she is the reasn I keep going back. If it wasn't for Angie I would never walk back into that Salon.

Well I would have to say that there is some good and bad that comes with this salon... I was pleased with the young girl who serviced me, I believe her name was Jessie, I was very unhappy with the fact that her boss was starting problems in front of the customers including myself and young daughter. I just belive there is a time and a place for that kind of dicussion.
