    wow, too bad the other reviewer had a bad experience there, our dealings with them have been nothing less than great ones. our salesman, the sales manager, and the finance person were the best that we've ever dealt with! we found them to be as fair as could be expected on our trade in, we can't say the same for the bmw dealer in hartford. at the one year service appt. the service manager explained what service was being offered to us, even though we had not reached 15,000 miles yet. at this point we would have no problem reccomending them to anyone, and will most likely buy our next bmw from them, too.
