This is the Best Angelina's! It is small but cozy. The people are always courteous and fast. The subs can't be beat. The original is the best but try the hot sausage. Try them all. They are a Berkshire owned business and not a big chain. The menu is far better than the chains. "Going Great Since '58"

Wouldn't reccommend: Each area Angelina's is OK, but the worst by far is the one in Adams. For one, it is so incredibly cramped! It would be suprising if three people can fit in at a time. They have, of course, extremely young (15-19 year olds) working there, who talk about their VERY personal life stories/tragedies, etc. in front of customers. They are extremely disorganized, and MOST of the employees let their hair hang in and around the food. Half don't wear gloves. I would definitely recommend the North Adams Angelina's over Adams and Williamstown, only because it seems that the N.A. Angelina's is the "HEADQUARTERS" in the Berkshires. They have people who have been there many, many years in the 40's, who know to keep to themselves, and to give great customer satisfaction. They also have the most variety (i.e., assorted breads, chips, sodas, desserts, etc.) compared to the other stores in the area. All in all, the subs are good, it's more or less the atmosphere and the people who are making them under the particular conditions!

ughhhh I don't really like this place: I've try to give this place many chances (I probably will go there sometime again, but not anytime soon.) I have never had consistant service with them and can't stand their bread (it tastes like chemicals.) If you are planning on going to the Tyler Street one, I suggest driving a little further down the street to Hot Harry's!
I can say they give great portions and the food appears it will taste good but then tastes funny. I can't say they are completely horrible, just not good or even okay. If you like fatty meats, bad bread and impatient employees, give this place a try.
