User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsBank has the ability to present itself as a local consumer advocate and partner, but the reality is that they rely on relationships with out-of-state business partners to render product services. Result is that you may experience inordinate delays in completing transactions such as mortgage loans, which they typically process to Sun Trust. Bottom line is that they are no different than any other Greenfield institution in rendering consumer services. If you decide to do business with GCB be careful to follow-up on a weekly basis if they have not completed your transaction.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHappy Customer here!!!: I higly reccommend GCB to everyone, and my family are all changing accounts, because the LEVEL OF SERVICE is wonderful. And of course they have good rates and now have a large print ATM at the intersection of Main and Federal in Greenfield.
