I called because I had just bought a brand new Frigidaire washer and it would not drain, or spin, when the girl answered the phone she was very polite and made me feel really good because once I had explained what was wrong she told me she would have a tech call me. The tech called me back within the hour and ordered parts and was at my house to complete the repair within 2 days... The tech was very nice and knowledgable. He answered all questions that I had about my new washer... I would recommend Suzor to all my friends and family!!!!
Wow..I wish I could give it less than 1 star. I never actually got to use them. But just dealing with them on the phone is a joke. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. HORRID. I will never deal with them.
One of the worst customer service departments within an electronic company that I have ever dealt with. They ignored phone calls and only cared about getting money and not about anything else. I will never again call them for any type of service, PERIOD!

I suppose you were referred by a contract fund. All calls go into a caller ID match to the call center's dispatch program. If you were matched to a dispatch, the terms and use of the dispatch were applied. Just because you have no human interface, does not mean you were not waited on. Did you ever call their place and wait on hold till a human waitied on you? Just asking. We find them absoulutely a wonderful company!
