Horrible customer service. They sell good products and really nice pellets (if they are actually able to fill your order which seems to be a problem this winter), but they rarely answer their phone and never return phone calls. When you do get them on the phone, they are very vague when asked WHEN services you have paid for will be performed (e.g., when your new stove will be installed, when your pre-ordered pellets will arrive). I'm not sure what's going on down there and why they are so evasive and hard to deal with. They are a small local business and are very nice when you do actually have them on the phone (or, if you are lucky, at your house fulfilling their obligations) so I've been willing to be patient with them, but my patience is running (has run?) out.

Nash is BAD ,I orderd my pellets in july and still have not gotten them yet It's February 9th! They don't answer the phone if you do talk to the owner,he gives you the run around! I'm getting sick of this I won't need them soon!Becarefull check with the BBB before you buy from Nash
