I dont know whats wrong with the people who left bad reviews. I have never met a person that doesn't think Singapore has the best Chinese food around. The service isn't spectacular at all, but its not like its bad. They are usually nice and work pretty fast. Hands down best crab rangoons and best general gao. Greatest drinks i have ever seen as well.

I have eaten there and had take out from there sveral times andthe food is primo compared to any chineese ive ever had...we have celebrated our kids birthdays there with thier teen friends for years now and have always been happy both with our service and our food. the only complaint i would have is that the back room (which is maily for bigger parties) is a lil cold and in need of some temperature control...other than that its the Bomb!

We made a reservation for 7:30pm, dinner for 18 people, to celebrate my sister's 21st birthday. You would expect a restaurant to give a party this large a few hours to eat, have drinks, etc. Well, at 8pm, we were forced to place our order for food and told we only had till 9pm to eat it. We should have gone elsewhere but where can you get a dinner for 18 on a moment's notice (on a Friday night)? We stayed. Big mistake.

At 8:45, the incredibly rude waitresses came around and removed food from our tables, took dishes away, EVEN TOOK THE PLACEMENTS OUT FROM UNDER OUR PLATES WHILE WE ATE!

They then handed us the bill and told us we needed to settle it so they could go home, and a cocktail waitress would handle our drink order for the rest of the night. We settled our bill in full ($400 in just 45 minutes) - they took our money, then proceeded to kick out half of our party because the divider separating our room from the bar was being taken down and 20 year olds were not allowed!

I spoke to the owner who just threw his hands in the air and didn't even offer an APOLOGY for the terrible service. I have been a regular patron of this restaurant for 15 years. NEVER AGAIN.

Oh and the icing on the cake - the ice machine is full of green algae sludge which ended up in our drinks. The staff didn't offer an apology for that either. Disgusting.
