User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI recently used Pinard's for my wedding flowers. The owner worked with me to fit under my budget. When I picked up the flowers they were even better than I expected! The pick up of the flowers and the first meeting to discuss the flowers were completely on time. They never once made me wait. Everyone loved the flowers at the wedding!
I had spoken to other florists in the area about what I wanted and how much I was looking to spend. I was laughed at by two different places and three places never called me back. Pinard's instantly said that they could meet my price.
I would have to say my favorite thing about Pinard's flowers was the hair piece that was made from tea roses. I was undecided about what to do with my hair. They use real flowers that match the wedding flowers to make your hair piece.

Pinard's is a great florist. Every time I have gone in I have walked away with something great. The people are fantastic. Customer service is a strong point. They really aim to please and want to work with their customers. I have called them at the last minute and they always get something ready for me. I highly recommend them.

I first purchased direct from Pinard's after finding out that they were tied in with FTD, and I preferred to go to Pinard's website direct so that I could see what the final product would be like.
The lady I spoke to on the phone to work out the delivery details was very friendly and helpful, and even gave me a free upgrade on the flower pot for the azaleas that I bought.
My gf absolutely loved the potted plant, it looked fantastic, with the birthday balloon and card as well. It was promptly delivered at the time and day promised. Even three months after we bought the azaleas, they are still blooming and the plant is doing great.
I was very happy with the service and presentation, and will probably buy again from Pinard's.
