User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhy: My daughter just graduated from kindergarten and is moving on to first grade. She loved her teacher, who did a marvelous job. My daughter is reading three books a day at a second grade level. She understands and can perform basic math skills. She has learned a great deal this year and has made huge strides in every area. A lot of this improvement is a direct result of her work wit Mrs. Landry. Now they have dismissed Mrs. Landry and I am asking WHY? I hear partly because she strayed from the kindergarten curriculum. Good. I am glad my daughter knows mores than coloring and playing. I am thrilled at what she has learned over the past year and now other people's children will not get to experience what a great teacher, lovely lady and wonderful person Mrs. Landry is. This is definitely my daughter's last year at St. Anna's. I do not want any more good teachers losing their jobs for teaching my children too well.
