Maddie's Italian Cafe Incorporated

Friendly service, good food, fresh, sweet sauce, decent prices and never a wait. Why wait on line at Olive Garden or something when you can have a better meal at a locally run shop ?

maybe everyone doesn't know your name, but....: I found Maddie's while merely travelling on Rt 117 in Leominster. My BF and I decided to try it out. We have gone to Il Camino, Al Dente, the Gondola, the Il Forno...nothing satisfied our quest for good Italian food. Until we walked in Maddie's early one evening. The place was practically empty. Usually not the best sign of a good eatery. We sat ourselves down, the waitstaff was on top of things...a drink to start off, a salad, and dinner was served. I gotta tell you we were knocked out of our socks! The food was fabulous. I love chicken picatta...very finicky about it... this place made it perfect. The BF loved his food also...had a variety of pasta items. We left happy. We returned a few weeks later...tried the Eggplant Parm! Out of this world! Now this may sound like exagerrating to you, but I gotta tell ya... the food is delicious! Forget all the others in the area- THIS IS THE PLACE TO TRY! We have returned several times since our first "date" there...we have tried several different items...I do not like lasagna-- tried theirs- LOVE IT! Some days they are packed...and some days it is quiet...but the Staff and the FOOD don't change...GOOD GOOD GOOD

incredible!: it is the best kept secret in all of central massachusetts!!! i have never had a better italian meal (except from the il camino of course-thats not comparible to anything) I highly reccomend their chicken parm with gnoccis- to die for. If eating there it has a great atmosphere, but is small which makes everything better. Definetly reccomend soup de nuts if eating there.
