Closets by design may be ok for a closet but do not use them for a major installation like an office. My experience was that I had to hound them for over a month to get my installation to an acceptable level after they mishandled materials and left me with damaged edging, scratches and other small but significant issues. I made them come back and replace damaged parts - twice. They made design mistakes and frankly the materials are not really right for a nice office. Finally, they promised a warranty and never sent me one. In the end I felt like I had to work incredibly hard to get them to hold up their end and they did so but just gave me the impression that it was me who was the problem. They clearly didn't care about any referrals because neither the salesperson or the GM tried to find out if I was happy - they just ran my credit card for the balance and that was that.
My advice - DON'T USE CLOSETS BY DESIGN OF MA unless you want to micro manage them! -

I'm very happy with my office I just had installed. $14,000+ and only one small problem that was corrected on within 4 days. I was called by the installation manager Todd to see if all was ok and was left his number for any issues I needed resolved. Sick, maybe you were the problem. I've had four friends and associates who have delt with this company and all are happy.
Actually I'm commenting on DogDad_Dad. It seems like you work for them. I doubt the customer was the problem. Closets By Design is known to have seriously bad customer service.
I agree DogDad must be an employee if not the owner! The indeed have a terrible repuation and after calling them anyways (my mistake)they proved it!
