She knew exactly what I wanted, made a helpful suggestion for the greeting on the card and was pleasant and professional. It's so nice to deal with a shop that isn't tied down to designs and pricing straight off a website. I'm looking forward to hearing about the flowers from the receipient, I'm sure they will be happy with the arrangement.
