    im writing this due to I moved into a house for rent I called arrow gas, they said we need a customer service rep to come out and talk he said you have enough gas till august this is april i ran out next day. It was easter sunday they said they would charge me for comming out 55 dollars they came monday they changed tank and gave gas supposely till aug i ran out again they want to charge me 55 dollars fee and a lighting fee and another fee. I called pauline at ostermans and she said don't worry she said we will be out today and its memorial day weekend she was very kind its nice to actually talk to a kind considerate and helpful person. Thank you Pauline
