have been trying for three weeks to get a lawn analysis and service from this company.They tell us will be in area on certain day never show up. must be nice to own a company in todays market where you can ignore customers.

be careful with this company they are a rip off, and very unprofessional. Be careful when you call and inquire about their services, without you even knowing it they automatically sign you up for their services without your knowledge. A friend of mine is fighting them in court right now, because they tried to sue them for services he didn't authorize, when he called and try to speak with the owner to dissolve this matter they kept telling him he is NOT available, and was very rude to him, next thing he knew they was taking him to court to get the monies for their services.....so beware.

my experience with TLC was that they were courteous and polite but that their fertilizing was not what I expected, I did my own lawn the previous year and it looked better. This year the crab grass was out of control and now I have dead crabgrass where I never had it before. You get what you pay......
