The post-cleaning checkups turn up any problems, which are fixed during subsequent visits. The work is high quality and lasts for years. I like that Eric explains procedures up-front so I know what to expect and how much it would cost. Recommendations for major services are discussed months in advance so I can plan financially. The office is very accommodating, it is easy to get or change an appointment in emergency situations. They send a postcard a few weeks before a scheduled visit and then call a day ahead to remind once again. I highly recommend that practice.
