User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBy far, one of the WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!! Do NOT go to this store. Their staff is severely inadequate and under-trained to handle even the simpliest of procedures. I've been dealing with them now for 4 days straight and have yet to get my issues resolved. They are supposed to be a communications store and yet that is the one thing that they lack the most, is communication skills with customers!!!
