User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been a customer for 10 plus years and only recently had poor customer relations experiences with management and policy. Recently, I have been randomly subjected to holds on deposited items even though they are local and regularly deposited items. When I complained to upper management I was told that was manager discretion policy and I was free to bank elsewhere.

I have friends who have a mortgage with Webster 5. They have been tendering the regular payments to the Bank, but the bank refuses them. The bank hired a big lawfirm to foreclose the mortgage and the lawyers ran up a bill of $20,000 to foreclose a mortgage of $24,000. I guess I'll never bank there. Too dangerous. I've never seen anything like it!
