User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Dirk, he gave me a quick quote on the service that needed to be performed. I brought my car in after the call and it was brought into for repair within minutes. While waiting Sean assisted me and was very informative about issues related to my car, not only was I paying for a service, he told me the reason why another related repair was happening (Can't beat free information). My price was 25% lower than quoted by Dirk, which is nice.
I would definitely come back to this location for service and repair: quick service and informative staff. I am not sure the hassle the other review had, but sounds like routine car work to me, complaint about an air filter (20$ item) should not prevent you from stopping at this location, you will be happy you did.-

I bought a 2004 Toyota with only 1500 miles on it.A great loaded car!!! At the first complimentary oil change I was shown a filthy air cleaner and told I needed a replacement which I bought. At the second I was told I needed tire rotation!!! They lost the wheel lock which I made them replace after I got a flat.
It looks like they are trying to make up for money lost on new car sales. BEWARE!!!
I am not using other complimentary services nor would I ever buy another car from them!!!
