They lied about my 3 years old Toyota's problem and tried to overcharge me 5000$. I fought very hard and eventually I went to another deal. Do you know what???? It only cost me 600$ to have it fixed.
I complained to the manager who was a lier too.
They only deserve 0 star.
The only game in town - unfortunately: I bought a new Rav 4 (2005) in Natick but I live in Westborough so decided to take it here for servicing. At the first check (5000 miles?) I told them the radio had lousy reception and lots of static. They "fixed" it and made it much worse, so I had to bring it in again (rrrrr). Was given a number when I pulled up, went inside to wait, and after 2 hours I finally went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be (I had to get to work). I was told that the number I was given outside didn't mean anything - I was supposed to check in, again, when I got inside, so I was waiting for 2 hours for nothing. Left and never went back. Later I answered a survey in the mail about my experience and by invitation I emailed them telling them what happened. I never even got a response! I've been having servicing done by BJ's across the street but now I need the "big" one with Toyota parts. Not sure where to go (hate to go back but maybe I'll try again). Wish me luck . . .
Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!: They will try to screw you on your trade big time. After leaving the place I made some phone calls and found out the "family" doesn't pay their bills. I was suprised at the sales tactics by a Toyota dealership.
