User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI agree with all of these comments! I just tried to buy a used Dodge Durango from this group and man are these sales people slimy! They didn't just try to nickle and dime they were trying to make a $14,000 profit off of me. Very insulting. I have a $9000 trade in that is paid off and was trying to buy a $10000 used vehicle. I came in willing to pay cash for the difference but they offered me $3500 for my trade even though KBB and Edmunds both say it's worth a minimum of $8600.
I'll never go to this dealer again. Herb Chambers should be ashamed of himself. What ever happened to an honest deal? Don't look for one from Herb Chambers. STAY AWAY!-

I agree with the comments below. I purchased a vehicle with them back in 2005 and I had some scratches and my tire pressure light kept coming up so I went to get it service because they told me to come back when I picked up my brand new car. I did and I was there for awhile with a young child because they couldnât figure out why the tire pressure light kept coming up. I will NEVER buy any cars from this dealership again and get my car SERVICE there either!!!!

Let me just say simply that this dealership is the absolute WORST! Never, never do business with them. They tried to get me to sign a blank purchase agreement and have me drive off the lot with a new car that wasn't prepped with a bad battery ( I had to have it towed back to the dealership.) I had to argue to get my deposit back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!
