    Love Starbucks, in general, but not this particular store. The wait time for a specialty drink is quite long and, considering how much you pay for that drink, you would think the service would be better. Plus it's very cramped. With five or six people at a time waiting for their orders, you end up getting bumped and jostled quite a bit. Not a very comfortable environment.

    Nice place , but spending three bucks for a small coffee
    is ludicrous ! The average "Joe" from Worcester,Ma is
    looking for a deal . This is Central Mass not Manhattan !!

    Worcester finally has a Starbucks....but it's tiny: Same great, overpriced coffee as any other Starbucks. It's tiny inside, as far as seating goes. There's only 2 easy chairs and about 3-4 tables, in addition to the bar. Not even a couch! I was kinda disappointed that when Worcester finally got a Starbucks, it has such limited seating.
