Extremely rude: State Opticians has an unbelievably rude staff. My appointment was cancelled without my knowledge and the staff basically called me a liar to my face when confusion about the insurance came up. Even when a representative called to verify that I was indeed correct, I was not serviced and the man "helping" had the nerve to call another location and book an appointment for me there, just so I would get the runaround once again. I have never been treated so poorly and I am utterly disgusted with their customer service. I would urge all to find another location to have their eyes examined or to buy glasses.
