User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have used the yellow cab service a lot. Normally the dispatchers are nice and the cab comes fast. However, when I called them yesterday, the dispatcher was incredibly rude. I asked for a cab in the Bank of America building on park ave near elm park. I had called from this location before and the cabs had come within minutes but this dispatcher wanted an address, which is fine but he was extremely abrasive and started yelling at me through the phone. I felt so disrespected. Reading the other reviews I believe it is one dispatcher who is ruining the reputation of yellow cab. This person needs to fix something because he is earning a lot of bad karma for himself and the cab company.
Because of him I am certainly not using this service anymore.-

I recently ordered a cab to meet some friends downtown. I waited for a half hour looking out the window every 2 minutes or so. When they never showed I called them back and found out that the cabbie had waited 10 minutes and left.. I never heard a honk or received a call.. When I called back annoyed the person offered another cab, which I declined saying I would call another service.. When we got off the phone Yellow Cab called the only other service in town and told them not to pick me up.. So now I'm stranded because of some juvenile tactics and poor business practice.. Needless to say, they will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.

Do not call this cab company ever!!! My friend lost a wallet in the cab they said they couldn't help us and hung up. I called back and asked to speek to a supervisor and was told this was him I was swore at and hung up on again. Do not trust these people with your life or valuables!!!
