User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was thrilled when I could call a cab company to pick me and a few friends up in Oxford.... it was new years eve... like 5 p.m.... scheduled DAYS in advance... they showed up a half hr late... we were meeting friends for dinner, then they were rude the whole ride, charged us more than what we had agreed upon... never showed up like they promised after dinner... had to walk a ways then call another cab company! THEN, on the way home, we had all had QUITE a few drinks (*hence the reason we paid the extra money for a cab from Oxford*) but the cab driver asked us if we smoked pot and offered us some and was talking to us how don't worry he wasn't drunk, just stoned. So... yeah, do not put your life in these people's hands! It still has not gotten better now that I live in Worcester! They are a mess!

I recently ordered a cab to meet some friends downtown. I waited for a half hour looking out the window every 2 minutes or so. When they never showed I called them back and found out that the cabbie had waited 10 minutes and left.. I never heard a honk or received a call.. When I called back annoyed the person offered another cab, which I declined saying I would call another service.. When we got off the phone Yellow Cab called the only other service in town and told them not to pick me up.. So now I'm stranded because of some juvenile tactics and poor business practice.. Needless to say, they will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.

Do not call this cab company ever!!! My friend lost a wallet in the cab they said they couldn't help us and hung up. I called back and asked to speek to a supervisor and was told this was him I was swore at and hung up on again. Do not trust these people with your life or valuables!!!
