I went to Kens Steak House with my family on Easter Sunday of 2008. Let me say I have never experienced better service and food quality in my entire life dinning. Fabio delivered excellent service and with such a friendly personality... my parents, kids and wife loved his presentation. The drinks, appetizer, and entree's all came out on a consistent bases, and never once did we feel rushed. Another thing I noticed was that even with every table in the restaurant packed and the line literally going out the doors all the staff..including the managers had big smiles on there faces! As for the food..VERY GOOD!! If your looking for the best deal in the area...go to Kens on Wednesday...they have a prime rib special for 9.00 YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
This place was horrible. We waited an hour and a half before our food arrived. When it did finally get there, it was cold, and didn't really taste very good, but I ate it anyways, I wasn't about to complain, and wait anothe hour and a half for something else. The prices are outrageous for the quality, and the portion size. We complained about one dish, and they didn't charge us for it, which was nice, but there were 4 of us who were dissatisfied. The atmosphere is terrible, the tables are too close together. It looks old and run down. It seemed like a poorly run restaurant. It was crowded, but I can't understand why.
Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again.
Kens not only has some of the best food in Framingham, but also the only place for live music and dancing every Thursday & Friday night with Ralph Graham, a nationally renowned recording artist.
The lounge at Kens should be listed in Yahoo as an entertainment category - because it is truly one of the best places to go in Metrowest for music and great food. You can eat in the lounge while listening to great music.

Hi, Wow! Thank-you cooperjanet13. It is wonderful work you did. Further, when FC writes: "It was crowded, but I can't understand why.", it is astounding that he doesn't know, that this alone, without any other information, is enough to walk into a restaurant, and expect not to be dissapointed. As far as I know, it is one of the unofficial, reviewing mechanisms, for restaurants. From, mom and pops country restaurant shacks, which when found are amazing, to truck stops, to some but not all of the expensive urban restaurants, this technique works. Good work again. And, I am somewhat intrigued, by F C. I have heard of this type of activity before, and would not believe it. Now, I do.
