| About: | Our grandfather got into the car business while selling vegetables at the Farmers' Market in Waterbury, CT. It was there that he decided to start fixing the trucks that both the merchants and the farmers used for business. In the 1930s, he started a repair shop which grew into a full-service station and ultimately used vehicle dealership. In 1947 we became a new car dealer. We have been part of the Waterbury, Connecticut market for years and now, with three generations of ownership, we have grown our New England business into 6 franchises in two states. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you! |

We Purchased an '09 Murano in 2008 at Framingham Nissan and were so happy with the salesman (Chris Maguire) and the service that we went back this year and bought a new Rouge from (Johnny Saghbini) for our daughter. After 9,000+ miles, we had a small rattle and needed an oil change. We brought in the car and had it serviced. The rattle is gone, the oil & filter changed and there was no charge. Wow! We can not say enough good things about how we've been treated at Framingham Nissan.
I'm giving 5 stars when you compare to the typical dealership as the process of buying a car is never fun. We looked at several cars and several dealerships. The sales people here genuinely focus on educating you and listening to your feedback.
I have used the service here before and they are exceptionally professional so I just have to say they are better than the rest. I do recommend them.
Framingham Nissan is no different than any other dealership. There are plenty of 5 star ratings below but I would recommend you read them carefully. Many of these (and other reviews online) share a common bit of verbiage: "The free owner loyalty program sold me." and "I just had some coffee and popcorn while my sale went through in 15 minutes."
That is what we call a shill and it's so disrespectful to customers. The owner loyalty program isn't free. Every "other" tune up is free. Please look carefully at their loyalty program. The first servicing is free, the next is $80, then free, then $80. They change your oil, perform checks, and fill up your fluids. I can get the same thing at my oil change place.
The purchase process also wasn't a "quick 15 minutes while I drank coffee." I started at 9:30 and ended at noonish. Why stick around? Because my other car was on the way out and I was in desperate need of transportation.
Look I'm not saying the dealership is bad, they are like every other dealership. Just don't expect to be treated as an equal.
