    Extremely High Electric Bills: Our electric bills for the past two months was 302 and 420. My roommate and i both work full time jobs and put the heat on for only 5 hours a day at most. Residents foot the bill for the lack of adequate insulation. Staff has done nothing but apologize apathetically, and refuse to help in any way. They claimed we could expect only 150/mo for electricity bills, but we now see that they will say anything to reel in residents. Once you sign that lease, dont expect any help after that."
