User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsif you're looking for super slow, unreliable, rude and incompetent service snow's is the place. they used to have a good name by now they are driven by greed. the parts they used on my vehicle only last a year if that, they also will repair problems that don't exist and squeeze every cent out the customer. i recommend not going to snow's it's not worth it. this is the worst place i have ever done business with. this business has a 100 year history which is a disgrace to the founders. i rate it worse than awful.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Customer Service!!!!!!!!: One of our field crews were in the area working (we are based in NH) and was experiencing engine problems with one of our vans. Although Snow's were booked for the next couple of days, they squeezed us in. They were so accommodating. The repair service was great and the cost reasonable!!!!

Snow really knows!: Our company had tried calling Chevy to schedule an appointment to fix the van's AC, they never got in touch with us. So finally we gave Snow's garage a shot, we got the van checked and it they didn't rip us off like other dealerships!
