User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsAfter the meal, I felt like I had taken two sticks of butter and rubbed them against my tongue until they melted. I love the feel of classic Italian American style restaurants as much as the next guy, but my palette seems to have moved on... If this is still your kind of thing, get to La Cantina early. It is absolutely packed on weekends. The marsala was good and the service was great.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have to say this is the best restaurant in Metrowest by far. great atmosphere, great service, outstanding selections, very clean, and top quality food. First timers you won't be let down. Forget the "chain" style restaurants and the mall area traffic, this is the place to go.

We have been going to LaCantina for years and it still remains our favorite Italian Restaurant. The red sauce is authentic Italian. No tasteless chunky tomato marinara here. The hot buffet is the best. Service has always been prompt and friendly. Anyone who puts this place down does not like the real old fashioned Italian cuisine.
