Both Business Manager Olga and Service Manager Thiago are terrific. No frills, right to the point and most of all NO HIDDEN AGENDA. The fees are reasonable and well documented. I am also a business owner and a "car-guy" with high standards and expectations, Dmitry and his staff have ALWAYS met my requirements which is why I have returned 3 times since my initial purchase. They also clean and detail all my vehicles on a regular basis. The car always looks brand new! I look forward to my next purchase with Dmitry knowing the preowned vehicle will be like brand new.
