Alphacars

This is my second car that I have bought from Alpha Cars. My compliments to the entire staff there as the transaction was the easiest and the most pleasant. I love my Mercedes and Alpha Cars puts the customer first. Their attention to detail is outstanding - thank you!

I got to know about Alphacars from the internet about 9 years ago when searching for a car to buy. Without giving them any advance notice, I showed up at their location in Boxborough, Ma. I met the owner and manager, Mr. Dmitry Bykhovsky who showed me around and I was indeed quite impressed as they had advertised. Besides being very courteous, Dmitry struck me as a very knowledgeable person, especially on Mercedes Benz cars. He did not try to talk me into buying anything but I did make up my mind there and then that he was somebody I could trust and do business with.

I bought a ’94 E 320 MB Sedan from Alphacars in 2001, and was more than pleased with the way they serviced the car and the professionalism they displayed in response to all my enquiries. With this very positive experience with Alphacars, I did not hesitate to buy a ’95 S320 MB Sedan about five years ago. This car is heavier more quiet and comfortable than the E320, which was the reason I decided to buy it. Again, as before, Alphacars always carried out the necessary service and repairs to make this car one of the best I ever owned. A couple of months ago, I was in Boxboro and saw a ’99 S420 MB sedan with only 71,000 miles in pristine condition, I test-drove it and could see for myself that this car was arguably higher in fit and finish. Like everything they sell, Alphacars had done a thorough inspection of the car, replaced any part that needed replacement, and all backed up with proper documentation. I bought this car and have had nothing but compliments from friends and colleagues. A couple of weeks ago, I took the car to Alphacars to repair the left side rear-view mirror which had been broken where I packed it. They promptly repaired it and saved me about $500.00.

Alphacars is, undoubtedly, one of the most reliable and honest dealerships around. They have earned my highest recommendations.

I drive a BMW 750 iL, it is a 12 cylinder, extremely complex car. It just passed 200,000 miles thanks to the care and maintenance of the team at Alpha Cars!!!! We bought this BMW on E-bay in 2000 before it was commonplace. It was shipped up to MA from TX. At the time it had 48K miles and was coming off lease. From the time I started bringing my BMW to Alpha Cars, I have said to Dmitry, the owner of Alpha Cars, to help me get the car to 250,000 miles. Well, I am happy to report that I am well on my way! The Alpha team is the most knowledgable about BMW and Mercedes. They have been caring for my car for the last 6 years and if it weren't for them, I would not still be driving this car that I love. I might even ask them to help me get it to 300,000 miles!
I recently needed my struts replaced and my coolant system fixed. I know when something is wrong with my car and I trust Alpha to diagnose the problem and work with me to find the problem and fix it. I expect certain things to go wrong given the amount of miles on the car and I know enough about cars to not let the issue go too long without attention.
And believe me, when I bring my car to Alpha for service, the cars on the lot for sale are tempting. I have seen some of the most well cared for used cars at Alpha. But the good news is, they respect my wishes to keep my 750 working like a charm. You can trust your car to the Alpha Cars team but if you want an excellent used BMW or Mercedes you cannot find a better selection. Think of Alpha Cars as the hidden gem in the suburbs of Boxboro, MA.
