I brought my car in for a 75000 mile service. They completed part of the service, but didn't have a fuel filter. They did the work anyway without asking me anything about it, despite the fact that I will now have to go someplace else to get the fuel filter. I would have just left if I realized they didn't have all the parts to do the job but they never told me.
While I had it in there I had also asked them to look into an intermittent issue where the ABS & traction control lights were coming on once in a while. They could not figure out why they were coming on from the computer codes (which I can appreciate, everything isn't black and white) and they tell me to come back when they are actually on so they can trace the problem real time to the source. Then they bill me for trying to diagnose the issue and doing part of the 75000 mile service.
As luck would have it, the amber warning lights came on within 5 miles of the service center, so I drove back. They go out back and come back 5 minutes later and tell me they cannot look at it on a Saturday at all. This is right after billing me for looking at it on Saturday. They had also told someone on the phone with a similar problem to bring their car over right away while I was standing there paying my bill a few minutes earlier!
They put their shop foreman on the speaker phone and the bottom line was he didn't feel like looking at it. I left telling them I would not be back. If all you want is an oil change they are probably fine, but go someplace else if you expect customer service without story changes at their convenience.-

I would never recommend the body shop. They would rip you apart with their high price for fixing yout vehicle. They also do not do a good job at all. This shop is just about making money and customer satisfaction factor is what they ignore totally. They will cheat you.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
