Dynasty Chinese Restaurant

Accurate ratings....The food is ok..The atmosphere is not bad either....The staff is lacking in service skills and the prices are higher yet not worthy of the price

OK food, Awful, Awful service. We've been to this restaurant at least a couple times every year for many years. This was our worst experience, nearly the worst ever in any restaurant. Sunday evening: The restaurant was not busy. Hostess seated us, 3 people-- gave us two menus and didn't return... no waitperson. Had to go ask for another menu... still no waitperson. Had to ask hostess if we had been forgotten, sitting right next to another table that was being served repeatedly; asked for a waiter/waitress and asked for info about the buffet. Hostess then rushed us to get our order without any info about the buffet. We ordered from the menu. The soup finally came, served by a very disinterested waitress... the 3 meals came one-at-a-time, five minutes apart. I repeat: The restaurant was NOT busy. The waitress seemed like she was doing us a favor. I seriously question whether we will ever return to the Dynasty.

Just tried their sushi for the first time last night and it was great. We will be going there a lot more often now. We used to drive to Ashland to get sushi and Chinese food at the same place. I'm happy to get take-out in Hopkinton instead.
