Service was Awful: I left a set of forks with Pete to have seals replaced, he said it would take about an hour, and 5 days later when they still weren't done I asked to come get them. I was told, with extreme vulgarity to take them and never return to him for any reason. I was shocked that this is the way he runs his business. I even offered to go and get a set of seals from another shop so he could put them in and I was told he and his friends were on their way to go riding and he wouldn't have the time. This was after almost five years of being a loyal customer keep in mind. Some may say we all have bad days but I am in the customer service field and I have never treated a customer this way, even on a bad day.
