It was better before it was redesigned. Prices high for quality of food. Very bland. Gave it a shot, would not give it a second try.
We stopped in to try it because we had a "1/2 off" coupon and we were curious how it would compare to The Aegean in Framingham. We LOVED it! The food was awesome. We ordered the fried calamari appetizer and without question, it was the most tender calamari I've ever had, and I order it a LOT! The lamb souvlaki was perfectly cooked to my specification, and was extremely tender. Everything on the House Platter was great; the portions were so big that I'll have a hearty lunch today, as well. The only thing I'd recommend to the restaurant is to maybe add some pizazz to the salad... it was just average... but not a biggie, considering the outstanding quality, quantity and prices! We live in Framingham, but going forward, we'll bypass Aegean and drive the extra few miles to Nicholas' in Natick!
absolutely amazing! the prices are extremely reasonable and the food is to die for.
i live forty minutes away and make the trip to nicholas' as much as possible for their amazing food.
my regular dish is the beef souvlaki which is incredible tasty and i start with tiropita, which is like a cheese pie.
these plates are unique. it is sad how far away nicholas' is from me however, especially when im craving the cheese pie.
the owner, sharon, was incredibly helpful and i was incredibly surprised to see her in the lobby with the rest of the wait staff helping customers. very down to earth.
im impressed.
