User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHerb is out to please his customers! I had to cancel a bedroom set due to my oversights. No problem. Herb refunded me promptly. I had to return a dining set due to my miscalculations of space. Again, no problem. I ordered another one and was soon reimbursed the difference. I bought a queen mattress set and was delighted with the results. I will continue to do business at Herb's in the future. He and his staff can be trusted and the products are excellent.
