I bought a used 2003 Ford Explorer from them. They were great up front told me they were going o go thru the truck and make sure nothing was wrong with it. I thought that was great and the next day i went to pick the truck up and they said they put new tires on it, replaced the oil pan and gasket and there was no way there was anything wrong with the truck. I took the truck home very happy with the experiance. The next day i was on my way to work and noticed a slight shake....no big deal I'll call them when I get home and they can take a look at it. Thank god it was the last turn on my way to work that the shake had gotten so bad i thought there was an earthquake. I called them and went on with my work day. At the end of the day I called them and they said drive it up we will take a look at it tomorrow. I had a mechanic that orks at the shop i work with look at it and he said dont move it from this spot. I asked why and he said you only have one lug nut left. I looked and there was only one left. I asked how that could happen and he said that they must have forgotten to tighten the lug nuts on that wheel. So I called them and they told me to drive it there and they would fix it. I said no way and they told me to have it towed to them. Avfter about two hours of argueing I finally got them to tow it at their expence. On top of it all they tried to find a reason it was not their fault and how it was mine. To this day there are still isses with the truck they wont fix. So I suggest that if you are looking for a nice car that the dealer will stand by I would never tell you to go to Bernardi. I hope that this will help you and you dont make the same mistake I did and buy from Berinardi.
