User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just recommended Traditions of Wayland to a close friend of mine and they told me that there was a negative review and directed me to this site. I must say that I am a bit shocked that anyone has had a negative experience with this community. My mom has lived at the community for about 8 years now and her only complaint has been that she should have made the decision to move in sooner. She has made many friends over the years and to be honest she probably has a fuller social life then me. I just thought I should respond to the other review since my experience has been the polar opposite. Also my mom has had many of the same caregivers for all 8 of her years at Traditions. My friends mom is moving in this week and she has said that the experience has been great, everyone she has dealt with has been friendly, and she knows that her mom will be well cared for.

I am looking for other options for my parent. Quality is poor and very expensive. Nusing care is especially problematic.
There have been many recent staff changes - none for the better !
