User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI practically get the hives when I have to even think of dealing with this bank. When I have been unable to solve problems (created by them) over the phone I have to go to the bank in person. Unfortunately the bank employees have as much trouble getting through via the phone as I do. It's going to be a pain but I am going to change banks as soon as possible. Anything would be better than this institution.

the inhuman touch: to reach a human being on the phone - dial 800 number and request to file a claim. shouldn't be this difficult. Go to another bank if you are looking for customer service.

try to call bankamerica: it's a trial of patience. personally i'm history with this bank after the change change.(the third---baybank, fleet, etc.) it is practically impossible to communicate with them by phone, unlike theur predesessors. fortunately, i learned how to do on-line stuff. i don't need or want their ATM'S.
