I placed an order for delivery today at 11am. The person who answered the phone told me the order would get to me in a half hour. So I waited... And by 11:50am, it still hadn't shown up! I called, and the guy said the driver was on her way. At 12:15pm my order was STILL not here. I called again, and he told me the same thing. Fifteen minutes later, I called again because it STILL wasn't here. He said the girl was pulling into the parking lot. When she still wasn't inside five minutes later, I called again. I was very aggravated at that point, and the guy I kept getting on the phone was very rude to me. He told me where the driver was, and she was at the wrong building!! So TWO HOURS after I ordered my food, it arrived without the soda I had ordered that they charged me for. I called to have them take the soda off the order, and the guy was trying to convince me to just tell them the next time that I have a credit for a free soda. I said I definitely just wanted it to be taken off the order, and he put me on hold. He didn't press a mute button, or a hold button at all, so I could hear everything that was going on. The guy was talking to his girlfriend on the other line! And when someone asked him what he was doing he said, "I was talking to my girlfriend, and I have a customer on the phone that wants me to refund her a DOLLAR for a soda." He was very rude, and I plan to speak to the manager about him. The food was cold when I finally recieved it, and the service was absolutely horrid. I will not order from this restaurant again.
