    I have always had excellent service at Herb Chambers Honda -- exceptional service I would say. My husband and I have purchased two cars there, an Oddyssey and an S2000. We also use them for maintenance. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

    I found the service dept is literally incompetent. I brought my car here to replace brake pads since another dealer recommended me doing it and I didn't have time to get to that dealer. So the Burlington Honda replaced the pads, and they also resurfaced the rotor by their own recommendation. After their service, I started to hear very disturbing sound from brakes which I never heard before while driving the car for 7 years. I brought my car back to the Burlington Honda to fix the sound problem for 5 more times because when they told me they fixed it, the sound came back again and again!! Eventually, I had to pay additional money to replace to rotors.
