I liked this place a lot! Innovative menu. Everything was tastey. Not too expensive if you forgo the bottle of wine. I have been looking for a restaurant in the andover area that was more than the same old-same old. This fits the bill. Reminds me of Metamorphis in Lawrence, if you remember that one!
Cozy and secluded bistro: Food was very good and what I would describe as contemporary french.
The restaurant is a bit out of the way - located on a small side street that's easy to miss if you're not familiar with the area. There's limited seating - about 15 or fewer small tables - not the place for a large group dinner. And reservations are a MUST. Even with reservations, I ended waiting about 35 minutes for a table for 2! Once we were seated, the service was attentive, but not rushed. It can get a little warm in the summer months - I don't remember any AC in the place.
But the overall atmosphere is intimate and cozy. Be ready to spend at least $40-50 per person if you plan to have appetizer/dessert, entree, and 1 glass of wine.
Ample street parking is available. They only serve dinner and I think they are closed on Mondays.
